Based near Walsall we have instructors across the West Midlands in Walsall, Cannock, Lichfield, Sutton Coldfield, Featherstone, Hednesford, West Bromwich, Wednesbury, Willenhall, Wolverhampton and even Stafford.

Our aim is to deliver the highest quality lessons while still giving the clients value for money.

You will be provided with support and typically most, if not all of your pupils will be local to the area you choose to work in. Being part our Rio Franchise is much more than admin support and a branded car, we pride ourselves on looking after you, your development and helping your business grow. We want you to join and stay with us, not only because of the contract but because you are busy and enjoy working with the Rio team.

We are open and honest with you.  Our team is small and specialised. Advantages:

• Your say matters! We hold regular team meetings every 4 months or so to discuss working practice, strategies, pricing and more. The Rio Team chooses what ideas and measures to adopt. Your vote will really matter when you become part of us!
• Our driving instructors do not work for peanuts like at some other driving schools that we won’t mention. We don’t advertise silly driving lesson offers to potential pupils – making you work all hours just to break even. We want you to flourish with us and be happy. We are not the cheapest driving school to learn with and we are unapologetic about that. We are an elite group of talented people.
• Feel supported! Yes – we really mean that. Our group is very small but friendly and supportive. If you have a question or concern, post it to our private Facebook page or WhatsApp group and expect answers fast! Need help with something? No problem – we are here to help one another.
• Get 3 weeks holiday off per year. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Rio was the first driving school to completely stop asking for franchise payments. We won’t take your money during a time of crisis. We have morals and ethics.
